There are people who do not drive safely on the road and cause accidents very frequently on the road. The category of this type of drivers is referred as high risk drivers. High risk drivers can buy those vehicles in which safety measures have been taken care of like anti breaking locks, alarming system, headlights during the day time and so on.
Adding these features to the car reduces the chances of causing an accident by that person and hence the insurance company would automatically reduce the cost of the auto insurance plan which they are selling to that person. Also, the driver can join a driving school and get a certificate of driving from there to certify that he can drive safely without causing an accident. This also helps reducing the cost of auto insurance plans.
